In accordance with the Convention of October 25, 1980 on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction, we appealed to the Central Authority of Singapore and received an answer on how to resolve this situation.<\/p>\n

“We would like to inform you that the role of the Singapore Central Authority (SCA) is neutral and administrative. SCA is not involved at any stage of the trial. SCA will contact the Father to encourage him to voluntarily return the child. If the Father agrees to the voluntary return of the child, the parents will be advised to take their own measures,” the letter says.<\/p>\n

In Singapore, documents must be filed in Court using the Electronic Filing System (EFS).<\/p>\n
